All orders are picked up Monday to Friday. Delivery time is 2-4 business days. This applies to shipping to Germany and Austria. Delivery times to other countries may be slightly longer. Please let us know in the order notes if your order is particularly urgent, and we can prioritize your package if possible.

Yes, UNFOLD blankets and pillows are washable. Out of respect for the environment, we recommend washing the products as infrequently as possible. We've written a blog post about this.
The most environmentally friendly way to wash these items is at the lowest possible temperature. Therefore, we recommend washing the blankets and pillows on a gentle or wool cycle at 30 degrees.
This is possible as long as a special laundry bag is not used or the washing machine does not have a filter. The UNFOLD outdoor blanket and travel blanket each fit well in a 50x50 cm laundry bag.
The UNFOLD is currently being produced at a selected partner company in China.
So far, it has not been possible to find a sewing workshop in Europe willing to produce UNFOLD blankets and pillows. We have been in contact with many sewing workshops since the beginning, but unfortunately, a collaboration has not yet materialized.
Our partner company is BSCI and ISO 9001 certified. Lisa, the founder of UNFOLD Outdoor, was able to personally verify the fair working conditions during a multi-day visit to the site.
